Great Texas Brisket in Tennessee

Some of the best brisket I ever had can be found in the Amish area of TN near Lawrenceville, TN at Shaffer Farms Texas BBQ I learned of this place on the Tennessee Crossroads tv show that is shown on the Nashville PBS station.

The pic above is the Brisket sandwich with one rib and side special.

The food was really good and the Ranch mash potatoes even were above average with a touch of Jalapenos and Cheese.
